The Brasserie is Villa Monticello’s all-day room — the kind that carries you from morning through to evening without changing character.
Breakfast your way — fresh fruit to ease in, fluffy pancakes if you’re feeling it, or a Full English because why not go all out. Lunch is just as flexible: our jollof — the one people come back for — something off the Jasper Grill, or a burger when that’s the mood.
Dinner stretches further. A few staples hold it down on constant rotation — think rack of lamb with croquettes and lamb jus — but the kitchen keeps things interesting, pulling in seasonal touches and whatever feels right that week. Some nights it’s classic and comforting, other nights it gets playful. That’s where the fusion plates come in — Nkɔtɔmire-filled ravioli finished with a shito drizzle is the kind of thing that shouldn’t work, and absolutely does.
Vegetarian? Easy. It’s part of the menu, not a separate conversation.
And don’t be surprised if the chef is out in the room. Not for theatre — just checking in, greeting guests, and saying yes to a bespoke request when it makes sense.
Suites Worth Staying In
Sixteen of them. Each completely different. Some transport you elsewhere. Others ground you in history and vision. No cookie-cutter templates. No identical boxes. Just exceptional design and details that reward a second look. This is where boutique actually means something.
Some occasions need privacy. Anniversary dinners. Business meals that close the deal. Milestone celebrations. The Brasserie offers dedicated space and customized menus for occasions that need attention, not audience. We make it memorable.
