What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM. Check-out is at 12:00 PM (noon). Need to arrive earlier or stay a little longer? Let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Can I request early check-in or late check-out?
Yes. Subject to availability. Just let us know in advance and we’ll make it work where we can.
Do I need a credit card to check in?
Yes. A valid credit card is required at check-in for verification purposes.
What ID do I need at check-in?
A valid government-issued photo ID — passport or national ID card.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Flexible bookings can be cancelled or modified up to 48 hours before arrival at no charge. Pre-paid bookings are non-refundable. Full details are in our cancellation policy.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
No. Stay as long as you like.
Do you accept group bookings?
Yes. Four rooms or more constitutes a group booking. Please contact us directly to discuss rates and arrangements.
What currencies do you accept?
We accept US Dollars (USD) and Ghana Cedis (GHS).
How many suites do you have?
Sixteen. Each one individually designed. No two look alike.
Do all suites have the same features?
No — and that’s the point. Each suite has its own character and design. Check the suites page to find the one that speaks to you.
Can I request a specific suite?
Absolutely. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your preference, subject to availability.
Is Wi-Fi included?
Yes. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and dedicated router in each suite to post signals.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is included in certain rates and packages. Where it is, it will be clearly stated at the time of booking. We appreciate that guests have flexible requirements, so it is not automatically included in every rate.
Do you allow smoking in the suites?
Villa Monticello is a non-smoking property. Designated smoking areas are available. A cleaning fee of $500 applies for smoking in suites.
Are pets allowed?
Villa Monticello is a pet-free property. No exceptions.
Do you welcome children?
Villa Monticello warmly welcomes guests aged 12 and above.
Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately our suites are not wheelchair accessible at this time. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements and we will do our best to assist.
What are The Brasserie and bar hours?
The Brasserie and bar are open daily from 6:30 AM to 11:00 PM.
Is The Brasserie open to the public?
The indoor dining area is exclusively for hotel guests and Members Club members. Our courtyard seating is open to everyone. Takeaway is also available.
What meals does The Brasserie serve?
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, nibbles and happy hour. The menu evolves seasonally with daily specials.
Is there a dress code?
No formal dress code. Come as you are.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes. Vegetarian options are built into the menu, not an afterthought. For other dietary requirements, please let us know in advance and the kitchen will accommodate.
Do you offer room service?
Yes. Room service is available daily from 6:30 AM to 11:00 PM at not tray service charge
Can I book The Brasserie for a private event?
Yes. The Brasserie and its spaces are available for private dining and small events. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
Do you offer outside catering?
Yes. Our kitchen can cater your event wherever you need us. Get in touch for details.
Do you offer takeaway?
Yes. Contact us or speak to reception to arrange.
What event spaces do you have?
We have five flexible spaces — The Boardroom, Ohemaa, The Terrace, Leomen Hall, and The Brasserie — accommodating intimate meetings through to 120-guest celebrations.
Do your event spaces have AV equipment?
Yes. All spaces are equipped with the relevant technology — video conferencing, projectors, PA systems and high-speed Wi-Fi where applicable.
Can you arrange catering for events?
Absolutely. Our kitchen handles all event catering. Just let us know your requirements.
Do you have a gym?
Yes. Our fitness facilities are available 24 hours a day for hotel guests.
Do you have a spa?
We don’t have a physical spa, but our resident therapist offers a full range of in-suite treatments. Just ask Koncierge to arrange.
Do you have laundry service?
Yes. Standard laundry is returned the following day. Express same-day service is available for items submitted before 12:00 PM. Charges apply.
Do you have a business center?
We don’t have a dedicated business center, but our Koncierge team can assist with basic administrative requirements. Just ask.
What is the Koncierge service?
Think of it as the personal assistant you didn’t know you needed. Airport transfers, restaurant reservations, gift curation, private tours, VIP airport access — if it can be arranged, we’ll arrange it.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes. Our Koncierge can arrange VIP airport transfers. Please request in advance.

Yes. Parking is available on site for hotel guests.
